The new Abc Square has two faces, two worlds are united in a single building. On the east side, we have representative units that are perfect for offices, VAS and VAL activities or for setting up a showroom or meeting room.
On the west side, we have high-quality business space for production and logistics activities. Loading docks and extensive parking facilities for personnel can be found on this side of the building.

The office floor space can be expanded to the adjacent mezzanine or to the multi-functional space on the ground floor. Because of the available height and daylight, this space is also ideal for VAS and VAL activities, as a showroom, or for meeting rooms or as a canteen.
The business space is highly flexible in terms of layout and the units are easily connectable. Every business unit has loading docks and a door at ground level. If required, more space can be created on this side by adding a mezzanine.
